Mitch Hayles is a UAE property adviser and co-founder of Superstars Signature Properties (SSP), an Abu Dhabi brokerage selling off-plan property mainly to UK and international investors. He lived in the UAE for years, now works between London and Abu Dhabi, and has sold more than AED 200 million of Abu Dhabi property since 2024.
What he does
Mitch advises UK and international investors on buying Abu Dhabi property, mainly off-plan launches from Aldar and Modon on Saadiyat Island and Yas Island. His approach is data, not hype: real transaction numbers, a strategy before a project, and straight answers.

The UAE is still home in many ways, and his son was born there. In 2026 Mitch moved back to London to be a consistent dad, and he still does deals in Abu Dhabi every week. It puts him on the same side of the world as most of his clients.
